Shipping
Orders generally ship within 3 to 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days) after we receive your order request. Depending on inventory and size of order, your order may be separated by multiple shipments. We are primarily using the United States Postal Service, however there are times FedEx or UPS is used, in addition to DHL for international sales only. International destinations shipping time may vary. Orders shipped via USPS have tracking numbers and insurance. Once we forfeit your package to the shipping handler we are no longer responsible for your package. If you have a concerns about the status of you shipment, please contact the shipping company directly. Your order is insured by the shipping carrier.

We do not offer local/direct delivery.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened,  in the original package, in new condition.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the shipper's address when you received the product. You will not receive your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your financial institution.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

To return your product, you should first email SUPPORT@MELANAWELLNESS.COM to request a refund and to ensure you qualify for a refund. Once qualified, you will mail your product to: 1626 N Wilcox suite 693, Hollywood, CA 90028. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You may also choose to use your own shipping methods to return your product after refund has been approved. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you elect to return the product on your own (not using one of our return labels, and not being charged shipping by us) . We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Your refund will be processed once your product has been successfully returned unopend, unused, undamaged.

By purchasing from this site you agree that Melana Wellness LLC is not responsible for your package if it is lost, stolen or damaged. Please direct all shipping quality concerns to the Untied States Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on the service used to ship your order.


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
