Orders generally ship within 3 to 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days) after we receive your order request. Depending on inventory and size of order, your order may be separated by multiple shipments. We are primarily using the United States Postal Service. Orders shipped via USPS have tracking numbers and insurance. Once we forfeit your package to the shipping handler we are no longer responsible for your package. If you have a concerns about the status of you shipment, please contact USPS directly. Your order is insured by the shipping carrier.

We do not offer local/direct delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 14 days (from the time of delivery). If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened,  in the original package, in new condition.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items on promotion (ie free giveaway, b.o.g.o. items, etc. will not be refunded.)

Shipping costs are non refundable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the shipper's address when you received the product. You will not receive your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your financial institution.

All returns and exchanges may be subject to $9 restocking fee, that will be deducted from refund, if refund is approved.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

All sales of items on "sale" or special promotional are final.


Return Process

To return your product, you must first email SUPPORT@MELANAWELLNESS.COM  (or MW STORE CONTACT PAGE) to request a refund and to ensure you qualify for a refund. Refund requests sent to any other email address or inbox will be ignored. (This includes all other email addresses @melanawellness.com, or any social media inbox)

Once qualified, you will mail your product to: 1626 N Wilcox suite 693, Hollywood, CA 90028B. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns or exchanges may be subject to $9 restocking fee (Per order, not per item)


By purchasing from this site you agree that Melana Wellness LLC is not responsible for your package if it is lost, stolen or damaged. Please direct all shipping quality concerns to the Untied States Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on the service used to ship your order.

By purchasing from this site, you agree to not hold Melana Wellness LLC, its owners, partners,or employees responsible from any damage, reactions or harm of any kind from products, in any matter of use.

By purchasing from this site you agree that you will make no legal claims against Melana Wellness in regards to products purchased from this site.
